Where do I live? What kind of question is that? I don't know.

Maybe seven, maybe more. Here is a complicated attempt to answer.

McCain: Georgia conflict is the "first serious crisis internationally since the end of the Cold War."

He forgot,

• 2 August 1990: Iraq invades Kuwait
• 1 October 1990: Rwanda civil war/genocide
• 1991: Croats declare independence from Yugoslavia
• 5 January 1991: Georgia invades South Ossetia, Russia intervenes. Not too different from the war of which McCain speaks
• 27 June 1991: Slovenians declare independence from Yugoslavia
• 27 June 1991: Bosnian War - resulting from the dissolution of Yugoslavia
• 11 December 1994: First Chechen War: Russia invades Chechnya
• ...
• 7 October 2001: US and NATO invade Afghanistan
• 20 March 2003: US and ad-hoc coalition invade Iraq
• 14 August 2006: 2006 Lebanon War: Mainly between Hezbollah and Israel

For someone who loves war, the only explanation for forgetting these dozens of wars that sparked international crises is senility.
